1. General Policy
Ultra Humanizer sells one-time prepaid credit packs. There are no recurring subscriptions. Because credits are delivered to your account immediately after payment, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be satisfied with the Service.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund of your first paid credit pack purchase if both of the following apply:
- You contact us within 24 hours of payment
- You have used fewer than 1,000 words of credits since that purchase
This applies only to your first credit pack purchase and is limited to one refund per customer. Word usage is measured by credits consumed on humanization requests (one credit equals one word at standard depth, or two credits per word at enhanced depth).
3. Other Eligible Refund Situations
We may also issue refunds in the following cases, regardless of the 24-hour window:
- Service outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Unauthorized charges on your account
- Credits not added to your account after a successful payment
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Requests made more than 24 hours after purchase
- Usage of 1,000 words or more since the purchase
- Repeat credit pack purchases
- Free signup credits
- Account suspensions due to Terms of Service violations
5. How to Request a Refund
Email legal@ultrahumanizer.com with your account email, your order date, and the reason for your request. Include confirmation that your request is within 24 hours of purchase and that you have used fewer than 1,000 words since payment. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
6. Additional Credit Purchases
You may purchase additional credit packs at any time. New credits are added to your existing balance and never expire. Each purchase is a separate one-time transaction processed through Creem.io.
7. Account Closure
You may stop using the Service at any time. Unused credits remain on your account until consumed or your account is deleted. If you need help closing your account, contact legal@ultrahumanizer.com.
